From the day I placed my order to the day my product was shipped to my house, I have had an excellent experience. The person that took my order to the shipping people, all most pleasant and most helpful. The island adds to the charm of my kitchen which also provides a lot more counter space and provides a lot of additional storage space. I have no negative comments regarding this product. The island took very little assembly, was put together in one-half hour. Took longer to get the island from the packing crate then it did putting together. Yesterday I placed an order for 2 bar stools to use with my island also from "Everthing Furniture". Thank you very much for a most pleasant shopping experience. - Happy Betty
