It is sturdy enough for a group of teenage lifeguards and withstands the moisture. We'd like it to sit a bit higher but are happy we can sit on top with no concern of falling. Drawers handle constant opening and closing and the laminated top with the cord holes keep it free of clutter and easy to clean! - bizylizy
