6224 Features:- Made of 7/8" o.d., 18-gauge steel tubing
- Seat is a full 14" diameter and an 11 1/2" diameter masonite board recessed into the pan and will not chip or crack
- Footrings, 5/8" o.d., are welded to each leg, with 4 contact points at each leg for added rigidity
- ANSI BIFMA approved

I use this in my kitchen every single day. It is very strong and stable. Even though it is solidly built, it is still easy to pick up and move. It is the perfect height. It has nice rubber feet that do not mark my kitchen floor. The only thing I don't love is the hardboard seat...going to buy a seat cushion for it, color-coordinated to my kitchen, so that's an easy fix. I looked all over the place for a sturdy, easy-to-clean, durable kitchen stool and this one is PERFECT. - Rocktroll
