We bought these unfinished benches to seat our five children around an old farmhouse table. We couldn't be more thrilled! These benches are beautiful and sturdy. I was able to combine two different stains to match the table color... for the first time in our married lives we have what looks like a real dining set. I compared prices on a lot of different websites and these were by far the best. What a delight to find that the quality far exceeded what we expected with these prices. I am planning to purchase unfinished chairs from everythingfurniture.com for the table ends now. I would definitely recommend this website to a friend.
