[...]Easy assembly. The instructions missed a couple of steps, but was easy to figure out. I love that we can have the fireplace going during the warm months as we live in Florida! When the cool weather arrives, we can turn on the heater & fan and warm the room! It's very beautiful and looks so good with our large TV on the top. My husband loves the remote that turns the fireplace on and off! lol - lilmer
